Angry coaching miscues...

Why does it seem like we are always a step behind with the personnel groupings? We always seem to have the exact opposite type players on the field than what is called for. We do this on both sides of the ball, and it just baffles the hell out of me. Its almost as if the jets feel they can just line up anything out on the field and be successful. Perfect example is Powell gaining positive yards everytime he touched the ball and the jets take the ball out of his hands and put Greene back in.Wtf!!! Or leaving both Scott and pace out on the field in clear passing downs. And the number 1 blunder they made repeatedly today was having Greene in the game on shotgun sets..are u kidding me? Total coaching miscue. Greene is no threat in the passing game, and he's a horrendous blocker , so basically we are giving the defense an extra man in those situations. I'm not of the fire Rex fire Tanny crowd, but i am quickly beginning to believe he should be questioned and held rightfully accountable for a ton of questionable decisions. Also this defense is very much like a toothless clawless tiger, plenty of noise but no threat. As good as i felt last week despite the loss, is as bad as i feel this week despite the win.

Also Rex's late 1st half coaching has gotten out of hand. Last week quitting on the drive versus the steelers and calling it a half and then letting 40 seconds run off the clock yet calling a timeout when the clock wasnt even moving before the fields punt.

How about having tebow frequently run routes? He can't catch or run routes, essentially subtracting a receiver or extra blocker from the offense. Thus making it 10 useful offensive players for the jets instead of 11.

Here's hoping that GS3 under center, and Coples on the edge works out.

I was not happy with the play calling. Especially at the goal line. Throw on first down. Don't run straight up the gut with Greene. On third down we misdirected which worked but was called back on penalty. That should have been the 2nd down run. First down should have been the pass. Where's Tebow from the one? Why is he in on 3rd and long, and not 3rd and short? I also don't like taking so many low % shots down field. 3 or 4 throughout the game is good. I'd like to see more plays with options. Like to see Rueland, and Powell have better options on those plays than just standing still in the flat. Is it just me or does it seem like these guys don't practice enough. The Receivers need to get on the same page with Sanchez. Everything is just off. Don't give me the inaccuracy statement, because it looks more like the Receivers are off than Sanchez. Especially when he goes to tell them what they did wrong after every near miss. When it's him he acts like it. Nice to see him taking charge, but he needs to do this in practice. I'd like to see more Schilens too.

Rex is not a good coach. Tanny is not a good judge of talent or ability. Rex gets a so called feeling about a player and regardless of what happens on the field he uses them. This guy will never bring in coaches who is actually better than he is and this is why he is failing. The people around Tanny influencing his player choices just suck.

It's amazing, most new coaches rebuild their teams in 3-5 seasons, not Rex. He's doing the reverse. His elite D sucks and is filled with under performing, none playmaking players. The level of talent and ability on this tema is amazingly low and it really drops off after the starters are off the field.

I think the coaches simply aren't getting enough rest and are a little groggy at game time.

The professional sleep consultants they brought in should be able to remedy this situation, but it might take a few weeks to really get some serious rapid eye movement going.

As fans, we just have to hang in there and allow the sleep consultants to work their magic.

..Exactly. When i saw Tebow as a wide receiver, i thought.... what a waste; who calls plays like this.? Its like the FO had this Brainstorm to go and git Tebow to motivate Sanchez and now THEY don't know what to do with T.T. !!

BTW.... Eric Smith cost us at least a field Goal with his dumb piling on penalty.

As a veteran you would think he would have better awareness..... but NOOO. We make this many mistakes against better teams... we will be 6-10.
