Pass. I absolutely do not get the love affair with him. If this season falls apart and Rex is ousted, you really want to bring in another defensive minded coach to be paired again with a young QB?

I would love to see Jay Gruden get a look. He will get a shot somewhere soon. He's a good young offensive mind and has turned Andy Dalton into a solid NFL QB in 2 seasons.
