Its time for an offensive head coach- Jay Gruden

Tanny and rex are done. Woody will have to hire a new gm and an offensive head coach needs to be brought in here. Who was the last offensive head coach we had? Coslett?

Jay Gruden is hungry and a very good offensive mind. Has good pedigree too. Bring him in!!!!!

I've mentioned him a few times in other threads today. He wll be getting a shot somewhere sooner rather then later. If Rex doesn't survive, I don't want to see another defensive coach paired with a young QB.

The problem is, we fired the wrong guy and it caused a chain reaction. We should have prompted Shotty, cut ties with Holmes and allowed Sanchez to play this year on his prior contract.

Because of this mistake:

Sanchez has a new contract
Holmes has a new contract
We drafted yet another defensive lineman in the 1st round

The Team is really not that bad off thou. We have some really good players who are playing the wrong positions.

While I loved Ryan's bravado, this team is not built correctly. i think it is time for this team to really focus on offense.

When was the last time this team was anything more than mediocre on ooffense? take out the 1998 fluke and we are talking about mid to early 80s.

Let's give Westhoff the chance he wanted starting now. No way the team EVER quits on Westhoff.

They were pretty decent during the magical 2002 season.
