John Munson/The Star-Ledger Darrelle Revis underwent surgery this morning, going under the knife as Giants team doctor and orthopedic surgeon Russ Warren performed the procedure. John Geiger, Revis' marketing and business manager, tweeted this photo of Revis putting both thumbs up so the assumption is that everything went well.
