Kerley is a baller
Good hands, tough runs good routes. I'd like to see him in on some screen passes but he is a pretty good receiver

Kerley can play... Agreed.
Hill should be a brick layer though, w/ those hands he has. They are like bricks.

20th in NFL in receiving yards... he is quietly one of the best young WRs in football. Is he AJ Green or Julio Jones? No, but he's playing at a very high level for a 2nd year WR

Yet most around here say Rex and his staff don't know how to develop talent. I expect Hill to show some progress next year as well, he's very raw.
