Btw...just saw Chris Wragge reporting from SPring Lake on the water....he's doing his bent over yelling into the mic act when a guy just calmly walks by him as if nothing is the matter...CHris runs over to the guy and is yelling "what are you doing here...cant you see this is dangerous?"
