Most of that stuff comes right off the cuff (no real thought involved). That's why I love threads which involve some sort of conflict or insane situation. They almost always spur funny words/phrases from folks like you and the rest of us.

As I said, the true test is if I'm laughing in bed hours later.

First I bury my head in the pillow when I'm about to lose control. I make it appear like it was a cough, and make a few fake coughs to make it look realistic. Then if I do it again, I'll get up and get a drink of water (hoping not to spray the water on the bed while laughing). After a few more of these cover-up attempts, the wife will blurt out "What's so damn funny....THAT JETS SITE?!"
