Cromartie comments after the game
Telling a reporter he did not headbutt Bush he first push him in the face ,called him a punk, then he headbutt him. The guy should just play(which he has done very well ) and not speak. He also said it was a good game for the defense because they only gave up 240 yds total offense. Against a second string qb,playing with a large lead

I'm amazed at how well Cro has played this season. He has stepped up in a big way to fill revis's shoes. This is definitely Cro's best season as a Jet.

Looked like to me the punk Bush had a load of Cro's facemask before they went out of bounds.

Yup bush had a handfull of his mask and pulled it down to the ground, crow's head moved, that should have at least been off-setting 15 yards...
But truthfully, I don't mind this - after all the yapping bush did - first series of the game I have no problem with one of our defenders taking a PF on bush, it set s the tone - football is supposed to be a nasty game and this just goes along with the territory. It sucks that it ended up costing us, but I don't fault them for this - the guy basically said revis deserved to get hurt, and for that all the jets should have been targeting him. Their OL tried to do this to maybin, its all part of the game. Remember a few years back E smith took out welker early and shut him up the rest of the game. Call me a douche but I'm fine with this. Its like Roger Clemons beaning the first batter in a game where warnings got handed out the day before. lol. I like it. Come after one of ours and we're coming after one of yours. |

Don't know why this thread was created....
Cro's "discussion" with the media postgame is the absolute LAST THING we should concern ourselves with. |
