The JETS real problem is........

a conservative, a liberal and an independent......

The conservative - cautiously moderate or purposefully low. Jets owner Woody Johnson as cheap as they come will settle for the minimum. Case in point going after a player like Tim Tebow who has contributed nothing absolutely nothing to any of the NFL teams his played for.

The Liberal - favorable to reform, charitable, openhanded, lavish. The Jets GM Mike Tannebaum, who has just as much managerial skills as i do ( none that is) spends the money that Woody gives on no bodies, untalented individuals and on the average players the Jets have he gives contracts that no one wants to uphold. Mark Sanchez, David Harris, Santonio Holmes, Calvin Pace to name a few. You can't trade or bench these players, nobody wants them with these contracts, so guess what they are stuck here.

The Independent - thinking or acting for oneself. As stupid as they come, need i saw more Jets coach Rex Ryan will not, i say will not see how inept, unsuitable, incapable, ridiculous his QB looks out on the field will not find ways to make his team look better. As coach you should have that sense, that feel, that want to make things look right, but not for this coach his stuck in lala land organizing his plan which makes this football team look dumber than a bag of rocks on sunday's.

somehow you gotta include the owner; it's his team and he has a big part in decision making.

Can't fire the owner.

Can't fire all 53 players.

The GM, HC and QB. All for one, one for all.

The gm doesn't know talent and so he relies on his HC to determined who to draft or pickup.

The HC is a DC impersonating a HC and worse, doesn't know what his team needs .

The QB can't read coverages, steers down his primary target and generally has no understanding of what it takes to managed the downs and distances within the game.

Doesn't matter who's on the team, the last 2 men will screw it up. The Jets have talent, more talent than many give them credit for. How else can u explain games like the white washing of the Bills, Colts and Rams.

So, you're saying that our owner, GM, and HC should be on the same page? Makes sense but they all seem to have the wrong ideas about how to run the team, even if they are different.
