I changed my mind on Rex Ryan

With him continuing to stay with the worst qb in the league and refusing to make a change...it shows he does not have the makeup for a good NFL Head coach.....I have officially cast my vote.....Rex must go.

The issue goes much deeper than that.

McElroy hasn't suited up all year and has not gotten any snaps with the starters all year. So unless Sanchez gets injured, he is NEVER coming out.

Our entire organization needs to be fired along with him.

You guys overreact way too much. The move was made and it is PROOF of a numbers of things:

1) Rex Ryan wants to win.

2) Rex Ryan doesn't believe Tim Tebow is a real QB.

3) Rex Ryan just gained the attention of EVERYONE on the team. No player thought Rex would ever bench Sanchez. Now, they know for sure their jobs are also not safe. He put everyone on notice.

4) Rex Ryan still has control of this team and he deserves another year to get things back on track.

he's not making a point, there aren't any coaches out there that would have waited much longer, his job was practically riding on it as well as the support of the fans. It's like the latest possible point at which he could have made this move and still be taken seriously and he probably didn't even want to do it hence no practice snaps for Macelroy.
