I keep on hearing the term rebuild, but I'm not sure what it means. Teams replace players every year, so does that constitute a rebuild? Just because a team changes their QB does that constitute a rebuild? In a sense aren't all teams rebuilding every year to one degree, or another?

The Jets mismanaged Sanchez's development from the begining, but his benching and ultimate failure is 100% on him. He just kept making stupid mistake after stupid mistake.
