It's funny how this board goes. For the entire season, everyone complains about the lack of WR depth and the jets go and pick up a linebacker or a cornerback or an offensive lineman. They finally address this, not saying that Braylon is the answer, and everyone HATES it. It makes no sense. Who did you want them to get, Jabar Gaffney? There weren't any options out there.

And to whoever said Sanchez always gets what he wants, that doesn't even make sense. Do you think Sanchez asked for the FO to not address the skill positions and crappy offensive line too?

Honestly, I can't imagine any other team in the league, no matter how desperate, would sign a week after he called the entire coaching staff "Idiots"

I'm happy with the move, but only because I'm past the point of being upset and this is comical at this point. Gives me a reason to watch...(which is the teams M.O.)

They do manage to stay in the news.

SOJF just because I think a guy who has been cut twice in the past year shouldn't be making demands for his particular number? It's a good move to give him a shot, but I think a bit of humility could benefit Braylon at this point

Anything he does contribute is a bonus. If nothing else opponents might actually game plan to cover a deep pass.

You're making stuff up Braylon isn't demanding anything but if White offers him the number what would be so demanding about saying sure, thanks and taking back #17?

Finally a good move. A motivated Braylon can't be worse than the dog sh*t WRs we have right now.

+1

sometimes you get the feeling here at JI that if the Jets managed to sign Tom Brady at QB, Calvin Johnson and WR and Adrian Peterson at RB, the whining brigade would find something in that to complain about too

But given the Jets choices and roster at the moment, it's a good move
