Give me Nick Saban
Next year as coach. At least his players always play hard for him. Rex has lost this team for the second year in a row. It's over for him in my eyes. I am a huge fan of Rex's just can't see it getting any better.
As for the Saban badgers yes he wasn't a huge success with the dolphins in his first tour. I think he has learned now that NFL players are different than college players and need to be handled differently. Remember Belicheat wasn't a huge success in his first stint either but he definitely learned. |

If you know anything about Saban you know he is an ego guy. He won't let his legacy in the Nfl be what it is do far. Trust me Saban will be a coach in the Nfl in the next two years. Mark it down

Why the hell any NFL fan would want Saban coaching their team is beyond me.

Rex has already had more success in the NFL than Nick Saban, Bobby Petrino, Lou Holtz, Steve Spurrier and Pete Carrol all had combined.

Saban doesnt work in the NFL. He is to much of a disciplinary to coach here. Grown men wont take orders from him.

He also doesn't have the unfair advantage of being able to recruit and pay the best athletes in the country as a recruiter. College FB is all about the recruiting. NFL is all about playcalling and strategy.

A Head Coach like Saban is exactly what undisciplined, dysfunctional, fragmented groups of individuals like the Jets need to recover. If the Jets could land Saban it would be a major coup.
Saban knockin' heads with his buddy Belechik twice each year? Saban getting an opportunity to show he's "better" than Belechik? May be tempting for Saban. |
