You know what, thats the single biggest difference today. Its not that McElroy is necessarily better than Sanchez talent wise (although so far he at looks safer with the ball), but his effect on the team is blatantly obvious. The team are so much more eager to play for McElroy than they were for Sanchez. They'd given up on him weeks ago.
