Some Ideas....

On defense E. Smith and K.Wilson are for sale or will be cut.B Scott should be politely asked to leave as he may not know the HC game ideas. Coples, Wilkerson, Cro are keepers with no salary reductions. Harris, Landry safe also. The rest of the defense should see salary reductions of 20 to 30 % . Reavis can return with no salary reduction.
On offense Brick,Brandon, Mangold are all safe. McElroy is safe. Keller is becoming an injury liability. Cumberland is safe. Punter and kicker are also safe.
Like the defense if you are not safe you ARE subject to a salary reduction. Their maybe one or two names I missed, but you should get the idea . Due to prolonged bad play you aren't worth what we may have agreed to pay. Take the cut or we will try to trade ( for picks) or if necessary release- DO Not ASK for a Raise!!!!
Tanny clean out your office.
Rex you can move into the DC slot if the new coach wants you there. As for the rest of the coaches - clean out your lockers.

The Jets should start to compile draft picks if possible by getting rid of these guys. If available maybe take a shot at Geno Smith with an understanding he will sit on the bench for two years until the real turnaround is underway.
Last but not least Fireman Ed is welcome back from his self imposed exile

Of course, the J-E-T-S chant needs to be restored.
