I believe he's the guy who got snookered by his head coach Itsaprocess to.trade away the 5th pick in the 2009 draft for a second round pick and three scrubs none of whom are still playing in Cleveland

He was completely emasculated by Mangini in Cleveland, which is perhaps not the most appealing credential for a potential Jets GM. Other than that, he has a very good reputation.
