Keller is a JAG, Revis/Mangold was all Mangini, Cro he had to overpay after getting dissed by Namdi, Wilk aNd Couples came after the rookie pay scale restructuring so lets not just blow the guy.

I said it was a risk, but the facts are it was Holmes Who made huge plays to win games his first year to get us in the playoffs, lets not forget that.Im not as angry now with Holmes as i was at the end of last year. He was obviously pissed that His quarterback couldn't get him the ball when he was open, numerous times. Still bush league stuff what he did though. Holmes for a 5th, yeah i still think it was worth it

Do all these teams have Mike Tannenbaum who apparently the Jets can't do without. As the GM this man is responsible for the drafting of Vernon Gholston, Mark Sanchez, Kyle Wilson, Mo Wilkerson and Quinton Coples. The aquiring of Calvin Pace, Santonio Holmes and Braylon Edwards and Cromartie and Tim Tebow. As GM the contracts of Sanchez, Ferguson, Harris, Holmes, Pace and others were all orchestrated under his watch. All those players mentioned above have in some way contributed to the disaster that is the NYJets.

Under his watch the Jets have no QB, no Running back, no LBers to speak of on a team that runs a 34 defense. The Jets have a 1 dimensional OLT who headlines an awful OL and some Wrs that leave alot to be desired. What the Jets do have thou, is some of the highest paid players at their position in the league on a team that is in disarray. All done under Mike Tannenbaum's watch.

Somebody tell me again why this man is so valuable ?
So you managed to lump wilkerson, dbrick, coples, and cromartie into jet "mistakes"....great analysis

Yes, thats about the size of it. The real IRONY is that Mangini and Tanny did a very good job getting quality players.... BUT... REX and Tanny were when all the busts and mistakes came down. Therefore, logically. the input of REX is the real problem ! His player evaluation esp. on offense is terrible.

again.. he is a good cap man and a horrible GM.. Not saying otherwise about his ability to evaluate talent..

I think we should fire some scouts as well..
