Not as Qb coach, but as a developmental coach who could become the QB coach in 2015 if after 2 years this mess somehow rights itself and the OC gets hired away

Pass... he mentored Sanchez this past off-season.... the results were not so good.

I guess he's already a multi millionaire and wouldn't work for coaches salary.

Sanchez had a promising start this season, but injuries and the "circus" atmosphere got to him.

Agreed. Would do great as an Offensive Asst who can work with younger players teaching them how to break down film. I would also place him in a booth on game day and have him review the game in progress updating the coaches and giving advise.

The guy is smart and would help a dumbass like Rex with in game management

I don't want another QB coach in here who preaches so much "don't make mistakes" to the point it destroys a young QBs confidence.
