FIRE THE OC

JETS NEED TO CREATE OC VACANCY -

Sparano and his entire staff need to be cleared out
so we can go get one of the excellent already proven
OC's currently available, keeping him and getting a
play caller seems to be the current plan.

How can they justify bringing back the O line
coach ? The new OC needs to build a new
staff from scratch, Callahan was considered
one of the best O line coaches ever, and we
saw one of worst last season.

Schotty was on his way out until Tanny hired
Callahan, and when the O line is dominant, the
team is dominant. Any back can run behind a
great line, any QB can get the job done with
time. I'd hate to see the Jets bring in another
great offensive mind just to waste him behind
a loser like Sprano.

Rex was second in command behind Schotty,
and currently Soprano runs this team, he calls
the shots over Rex just like Schotty did.

Get ready for another 6 - 10 disaster, and don't
expect see Norv, Ken, or Charlie Wiess calling
plays here next year.

The Jets have the lowest offensive IQ in the NFL,
Tebow, Sanchez and Mc Elroy will all attest to
that, so does the film.

Rex will not be successful without an equal at OC,
a guy who year in and year out has his offense
in the top 10, if not top 5.

Got it yet Jets?

Agreed!!!

Schotty must go!! How long do we have to put up with this.

I would keep Rex, but start over everywhere else. New Defensive Co-ordinator, new Special Teams Coach. All of it.

I know he will be a late round pick, but I REALLY like that kid Foley out of BC.

I mean they way he played in the Blockbuster Bowl was straight up genius.

I am still not sold on this Nagle guy and I'd like to grab Foley late as insurance in case this Nagle kid fails like I think he will........

You could not be more wrong. Your IQ is like Forest Gump's after a lobotomy. Browning Nagle can take a knee at the 50 yard line and hit the crossbar on the goal post. In either direction, either crossbar. Don't you realize what that means for the NFL? He can fake taking a knee at the end of a half, and throw a pass to the crossbar!!!! Think of the possibilities!
