Is the search for an oc on hold until a gm is in place?

I'm not sure if the jets are just compiling lists of candidates or if they're currently interviewing anyone for oc. It seems like everyone is mostly focused on gm. Maybe the jets are waiting for teams to be eliminated from the playoffs? Not sure what's going on.

It certainly should be in my mind. I want the new GM to have a say in who the OC is.

+1

There's been no confirmation that anyone has been interviewed for OC, which gives me hope that Rex is waiting for a GM to be hired so he can get his input.

I thought Woody said that Rex was in total control of selecting the staff and the new GM would be in control of players. Take it for what it is worth.

Rex is basically being given the latitude that a new HC would have in regards to constructing HIS staff. I know people are not in favor of this, but thats what Woody wants.
