Really? Did you actually look at the list? How many Super Bowls has Carroll, Vermeil won? Madden fits the no nonsense focused category by the way. Go ahead add up the Sper Bowl wins and appearances by Belichek, Coughlin Lombardi, Don Shula, Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher, Bill Parcells, etc. and Compare that to the HC aka "cheerleaders" like our bufoon HC.
