Dollar Shave Club: Too good to be true? No!

Anyone else sign up for this? At first I thought the blades would be crappy but read a lot of online reviews and all were positive.

So I signed up for the middle tier razor for $6.00/mo and it's awesome (there's a $1/mo razor and a $9/mo razor as well).

Anyway, it's just as good or even better than my Gillette Fusion for a fraction of the cost.

For six bucks a month delivered to your door (Shipping & Handling included) it's a steal.

Highly recommend. Check out the following link.

Anyone else use?

I have considered it, but haven't pulled the trigger. Just to be clear it is the razor and the blades, correct?

Sorry for the wasted post...... It does include the razor. Seems like it is break even if you buy fusion blades in bulk from Costco, but much more convenient.

Why Borgo.... You strike me as a "Hardwood Guy". Cheap way to keep the Mrs. Borgo well groomed!

Just busting SOOTH's balls. Don't make me include a smiley on everything.

MrsBorgoguy is a full Brazilian devotee. No razoring necessary.

Wish they'd give you a side view of the razor.

Are the razors like this-

or like the old school sensor excel-

I've found, for me, the first type are too "floppy" and dont get nearly as close a shave as the regular head sesnor excel style.

Yes, the initial order they send you razor and blades. Each month after they send just the blades.

Sadly, Mrs. Guitarjet is still a devotee to the old school "hirsute" ways. That should clear your vision problem, Sooth

I bought 12 Bic razors for a buck in the dollar store in Watertown NY a year ago and still have 3 left. I'm a cheap Fck. I need to save my money so I can spare some change for Sooth board and charities.

LOL. And she's still a hot brunette, my wife.

Literally, for decades, I had begged her to sport a hairless pudenda. All to no avail.

Suddenly, two years ago (after reading that Eva Longoria had done it), she surprises me with a gleaming gal part. Now, no joke, she never wants to go
back to the "old school" bush.

First you wash your face real good in the shower, then you lather up with any dollar store lather, then you shave real slow with the Bic and say slowly " Our Father who art in heaven hallow be thy name.....

I have a few of those left from a pack I bought a few years ago. Its essentially trying to shave with a butter knife. My face survives it, but my neck ends up looking like it took buckshot from 3 feet.

Lol, I have a very soft beard I guess. My son buys those expensive razors and I've cut myself using them. I shave in the hot shower with Gillette lather and seriously the Bic last forever; however, I don't have much hair on the neck.
