Rash of copycat school shootings (this is not the only one of late since Conn.) after a massive, hyped, 24/7 coveraged, ultra-media-blitzed, endless political debate, on every news network school shooting event and follow-up coverage?

Hardly a suprise.

Every disgruntled, mentally unstable person out there is thinking of doing this now. Every one of them.

In other news, driving whilst snowy killed at least 3 people today, including 2 young kids, and injured at least 20 others.

a man was believed to be holed up in an underground shelter Wednesday after fatally shooting the driver of a school bus and fleeing with a 6-year-old child passenger,

The sheriff's office named the victim as Charles Albert Poland, Jr., 66, who had been a bus driver since 2009 for the Dale County Board of Education.

Not sure what you are trying to imply here. cr was asking if the perp was a bus driver, not the victim. Obviously the victim was a bus driver.

1) the answer is incredibly easy to obtain and comprehend especially days later

2) the victim is not the perp libs hoped it would be - a person that is supposed to protect minors in his care (the bus driver) died doing just that

The only reason the GA story is in the news is Sandy Hook. Kids from a rival schools have altercation, then some knucklehead breaks out a gun.

The Alabama thing with the loon in the bunker is crazy. I'm worried about that kid. I'm sure that bunker is provisioned for a long term stay. I cant see a resolution to that situation anytime soon.

Sandy has opened up everyone's eyes, yes it can happen anywhere and people need to be vigilant. Guns make stuff like this possible because its easy to buy a gun.
