JET sets a franchise record!! So we got that going for us!!

Jets P Robert Malone set a franchise record for best gross punting average in a season at 45.8 yards.
Malone's net was just 38.8 yards, but that had a lot to do with the Jets' woeful performance on coverage. He'll be back in 2013 and still has room to improve as he enters his age-25 season.

Malone has a higher trade value than Sanchez.

Best move Jets made all year getting Malone. Team MVP. Now they probably can't afford him. It's always something. One step forward two steps back.

sad

Have to think back to the dark days of the Giants of the late 70's
before Young and Parcells.LT and Simms. The Giants best player was Punter Dave Jennings
The best thing about a punter is when you don't have to use him
too much.
Maybe our Young and Parcells and LT and Simms are just around the corner
Hope so anyway

There's NO reason to delay the process. Start Geno Smith.

Best punter we've had since Tupa.
