Thanks Ernie. I actually clicked on the link. I had no idea that anything was going to happen and all of the sudden the lights came on and then the white smoke not long after. Pretty cool.

What's the protocol for introducing the new Pope? Is his name just mentioned or does he show up on a stage without warning?

An Apollo-like entrance from Rocky IV would be my personal preference.

A cardinal comes out and leads a prayer in Latin. In the prayer, he says the name of the cardinal chosen, and the name he has chosen as Pope.
