The funny thing is Walker won't even make the all-star team.
Soriano will be the starter Bret Boone should probably start. Mike Young of Texas is having a better year than Walker Adam Kennedy may get in cause Scioscia is the manager. Nomar will be there. He should be. Mueller should be there but that may be manager's choice. Ramirez may not be there. His power numbers are down and other than Roger Cedeno may be the worst outfielder in baseball. |

Damn all this hatred and I missed it all.
Walker is having a really good year. He was a huge prospect coming up. He was a can't miss. To this point he has been a disappointment. He is 30 years old now and has a chance to rebound in Boston. Not sure how it started but when it is all said and done he will not be mentioned in the same breath as Soriano. Derek Jeter does not deserve to make the All Star Team. ARod will start and Nomar should back him up. |

Here are my predictions for which Yankees will start in the All Star Game. (JetBosox, please realize that this is who I am saying will get voted in. Not who deserves to start. Spare yourself the stress).
Giambi (doesn't deserve to start) Soriano (deserves it) Posada (deserves it) Matsui (just a hunch based on Japenese voters) I think Mussina will make it and Clemens will. The Clemens thing because I seem to remember them taking a last year player each of the past few years. |

Clemens ruined the Mets. They have bad "Frenchman Kharma" for not killing him on the field after he beaned Piazza in the head. He didn't even get so much as a dirty look from them. To HELL with Clemens, and to HELL with Shawn Estes' lack of sack!!!!
btw, How the heck did Soriano ever end up in Japan anyway? |

He played in Japan for a few seasons, this was when he was old enough he would not be subject to the mlb draft. His agent was able to get him 3 year 3.6 million to sign. |

The team will always be screwed up if the fans are allowed to vote. Example: At the present moment Matsui is the #5 in total votes. He certainly does not deserve to be a part of this game. |

Max, you know that MLB wants no part of Carl Everett starting for the A.L.
How do you know that? Cause they do not even give you the option of voting for him as an OF on the ballot. <_< Nope, if you want to vote for Crazy Carl you need to vote for him as a DH ... where most folks would much rather honor Edgar Martinez, who is having another great season at his age, and who is arguably the best DH of all-time. Other than that ... how many folks are going to pencil Everett in as an OF? Nope, MLB has basically said ... PLEASE, NO CARL EVERETT!! :D |

But seriously, MLB is way out of line on this one.
Yeah, the guy is a psychopath ... but he has over 40 RBI "AND" over 40 Runs Scored ... with 14 HR's and a .308 Avg It is absolutely ridiculous that MLB has not even placed his name on the ballot as an OF ... absolutely ridiculous!! |
