I'm betting the day after Arnold (or McClintoch) wins the election.
The basis of the case will be how all those dumb, slobs (, illegal aliens, convicts and dead people) that voted against the recall were too confused, couldn't read the ballot correctly and how the GOP is out to undo another election. Wahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, we lost another one -- YOUR HONOR, I DEMAND A RECOUNT !!!!! |

Actually, there might just be another "Counter Recall Election" in California. If the Neo-Con's can get petitions signed so can the Democratic Party.
This may just be a never ending process. It's too bad we don't have recall provisions here in New York State because if anyone deserves to be recalled its Governor Pataki. The way he messed up the NYS budget process last spring was ludicrous, and he was overridden by both the Democratic NYS Assembly and the Republican NYS Senate. |
