[/b][/quote] BAWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Half of the New York Knicks fan base HAHAHAHA! Your funny, but listen pal, were Knicks fans, we live and breathe it. We aren't like Nets fans who jump on board once they make they playoffs and jump off just ass quickly when they stink. The Knicks fan base has something called hmmmm... LOYALTY LOL! Give it 5 years, and the NETS will be back in Jersey, because they tried this once before, and it didn't work. |

 Yeh it's kinda funny...a few years ago I did not even realize that Nets fans even existed!!!
I know some of u are for real but the majority are probably bandwagoners that jumped on board when the Nets finally started playing decent ball.....there is also now way that a Nets fan can say that the Knicks suck....last I saw..the Knicks are playing good ball and I don't care who we are playing against....it's the friggin NBA.

As a Knicks fan who was becoming disgruntled after years of Layden's mis-management, I can say that I'm getting excited again. Isiah has been making agressive moves, showing the desire to win. B)

Genius? not sure about that, but players respect his game, and Wilkens was a good move IMO.
The Marbury trade may have long-term implications (salary cap, trading picks/prospects, etc) but they now have a marquee player, and more importantly collectively the Knicks have a new "attitude" in the the organization which is probably the most important thing Isiah has brought. Living in N. FL, I don't follow as closely as some of you, but I am getting excited again (just in time for the end of football season too )Also, the Isles are playing well also (except against a certain rivalry team )

You certainly can use Deke, right now. You have no defensive presence in th emiddle. 20-25 minutes of Deke would do wonders for the Nets. Same with the Knicks. And against teams like Miami, who go small, Doleac and Thomas play the middle. Otherwise, Deke is an excelent compliment for us in NY. Also, in case you haven' t noticed, KVH is doing 16.5 and better than 7 boards per game. And wihile he will have a tough time against the Corey Mag., like last night, he is a matchup advantage against most SF in the league. And he has done real well with Marbury. |

2 more wins and they are back to .500 and stay above it, thats my first goal for the Knicks. After that though the sky is the limit in the NBA.

It's open in the East. I love my Knicks, and now they are actually fun to watch again.

There is no dominant team in the East-the Knicks are playing well as a team with Wilkins providing the guidance and and Marbury is playing with confidence that the other guys are playing off of.
There is no team that the Knicks could not beat in the East if they continue to get all the contibutions they are getting-from Thomas, Van Horn. Probably the best thing that could have happened is Houston going on injured reserve. They are playing more like a team now-instead of Hoston getting his points being the sole focus of the offense |

Because you have Kenyon Martin who always disappears in the playoffs, or Jason Collins who has got to be the worst center in the east, or Richard Jefferson who can dunk but not much else, or Kerry Kittles who is a good scorer but sh*tty defense and my Little Cousin Jackie can box out better then that scrub. You take away Kidd, the NETS are nothing. You take away Marbury the Knicks are nothing, but the Knicks have better supporting cast in that they are better scorers and rebounders. No need to get Jealous, the Knicks have a better chance. |

Stephon Marbury is a Good PG....except fot he fact he forces most of his shots and shoots way too many unnecessary 3's. Ask Garnett..ask any fan in NJ or PHX... Van Horn is the poster boy for "Vanishing in the playoffs". Penny is a has been who never was.....deal with it. Houston is about as agressive as a nun in church...plays soft and never steps up in the big games...Then again how Knicks games are big ones  The rest of your rag tag bunch isn't even worth mentioning...
