They would be a contender.
As much as Sinden and now O'Connel have been able to squeeze blood from a rock, the Rangers might have been a great team. |

Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Overpaid pretty boys with an excessive payroll. Sather needs to resign. The sooner, the better....for Blewshirts fans. |

The Rangers big problem is not developing through their system their draft picks and trading them away without giving them a chance
. They have tried to get so called name players who are past their prime instead of two way hard workers to go in front of the net and battle for loose pucks. Sather has to go -I said that 2 years ago. |

Right, and if the Bruins still had Billy Guerin around, they'd be a contender. Some GM. <_<

I have to agree with the Anti-Sather forces. He has ruined that team.

If the Rangers played the Islanders 82 games they'd be 82-0

The problem is they have an idiot owner and GM who try to imitate the Yankees. Signing great players with a cluesessl gm and coach just doesn't work.
But I sure love the ***** slapping they gave the fishsticks yesterday. |
