Relax, Nets fans, Richard Jefferson is still #1...

...in the category of largest, mongoloid sized-head in the NBA. Congrats!

Why is game 7 in Detroit when the Nets are the higher seed?

Dtown has the better record. The only reason the Nets are seeded higher is because they won their conference.

Seems that game 5 victory was expensive. They've got nothing left. Maybe we can get a real center now that KMart's a gonner?

Is Kenyon really a goner? If so, no need to trim fat/get a center. The Nets have swollowed the poison pill.

I think Richard Jefferson should be the odd man out. I'd keep Martin, and package Jefferson for a SG

That's downright Pathetic... I heard Lawrence Frank is protesting the game. It seems the Detroit shot clock stopped during a Detroit possession in the 3rd quarter.

I don't think Kenyon is going anywhere. I think they'll match whatever he is going to find on the open market. Next, Rodney Rogers will not be back. Nenad Krystic has already obtained a buyout of his contract with his Croatian team and should see most of the time at the 5 if not start next season unless they somehow get a legit center. In case you are wondering who that is, he's their first round pick from 2 years ago, who plays for Vlade Divac's team in Croatia and would have been a top 10 pick if he had come out this year. They can go over the cap to get both Martin and Jefferson, so there is no reason they shouldn't sign both unless Ratner is tight with the money. Also, it's a long shot, but Zo might try to give it one more go like Sean Elliot did. I know you might think that he would not be in his top form, but 1/5 of Zo is better than Collins.

I deal RJ as fast as humanly possible to anybody that wants to give up a 2-guard that can get to the hole. That's the one thing that's holding the Nets back--the ability to draw fouls and get to the stripe down the stretch. KMart is a frustrating player to watch, as he has no real offensive game, but he's still a top-five PF when it comes to the Eastern Conference. Kittles and RJ must be gone. I can't stand watching them play basketball.

I'd do RJ for Jason Richardson immediately, and I'd listen if Toronto wanted to ship Vince Carter here.

No, KMart's not a C. If you can't justify paying him like a top PF(I can't), perhaps you could use the $$ for a FA C. Don't know who's available, but this is what I meant.
