All-Time Fantasy Draft

Ok, there's been plenty of interest in an All-Time Fantasy Draft but there wasn't enough people looking at the posts in the discussion thread. Basically this is going to be a thirty six round draft where every player to ever play the game is available (in their prime of course), this is just for fun. I'm giving all the other participants in the previous draft first dibs at slots but some have already dropped out so I need some new people. Here's a list of the participants so far and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Perhaps this is just me but one thing I like about having the threads in the main forum is that you then don't have to switch back and forth between forums. Plus with all these people always watching the main forum it makes the board more active

. But if you think it's best to put it in the fantasy forum then I won't complain.

In the last draft we had enough trouble getting GMs to make their picks in the main forum. In the other forum, this thing might just die on the vine.

Guns, we're not taking up space on the board ... only two threads ... the picks thread and the discussion thread ... everyone knows these two threads relate to the draft and they need only avoid two threads

PS. Glad you decided to join this one ... you won't be sorry ... it's a hoot and it really makes this long off-season seem shorter

Having said that, I should offer you the same warning I offered the others in the previous draft ... the rest of you wannabes are all competing for second place

Well since nobody is responding I think I'll just go with 12 participants, meaning only one more is needed. Should be able to get this thing going quickly, perhaps after the other threads die down and all the judges have put in their votes.

Althought I must warn that I am only 22 so my football knowledge of long ago doesn't compare to what I know about this footbakk generation.

That being said, I still fully expect to win.

Glad your in Shadetree, we now have 12 people... I guess I'll hold out a little longer and see if we can get to 15. And don't worry SyracuseJet about inferior football knowledge of the old timers, I'm 16 and we'll be struggling after 10 rounds

I think I'm just going to stick with 12, I don't want to have to wait around forever everyday for my pick to come up. Probably could get started tommorrow, just have to hope I can contact everyone to remind them.

The draft order list should be first come first serve. If we do it that way you will be picking sixth.

Can we get a ruling from our Commish?

Last time I simply drew the names from a hat, I kind of like that system better. There is less fighting.
