While I contend that Graham is the best I am probably going to lose this poll. Considering that JonEJet took Montana first overall its not like I was going to get him at pick # 11 where I took Graham.

Even if Montana gets the nod my team will trounce JonEJet any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Hasty...don't sell yourself short. You'll lose both Polls!!

Anyone can take a look at the 75th all NFL team and take guys

It's what you do later

IMO

Montana...Best
Lott...Best Safety
Olsen...2nd best DL
Nitchke...2nd best ILB behind Butkis
Alworth...top 5 WR

Olsen is not the second best DL. Olsen is one hell of a player but you are taking too much credit for that pick.

Lilly, Greene, Jones (Deacon), Marchetti, and White are all better than Olsen.

You are off to a good start but my team is better than yours and the gap will only widen as we make more picks. While you got Joe Montana for picking first I got the best DT, the second best DE, the best OT, the second best OG, a top 3 QB, and a damned good linebacker.

I'm sorry but the combo of Joe Greene and Reggie White is better than Lilly and Marchetti, regardless of what TSN's 100 greatest football players says.

Jones (Deacon), Marchetti,

No doubt lag

Your 1-2 of

DT Greene
DE White

is the best DLine 1-2 out there. You chose the best at each position!!!

Now lets see how you finish that line!!

Again...Hasty is playing catchup...because IMO his 1st 2 picks were lackluster!!

I think I have the better combo but it is very close. Considering that these guys played in different eras it is difficult to make a fair comparison. Just beacuse we are young enough to have seen Green and White play does not make them better. If you asked people old enough to have watched Marchetti or Lilly they might feel that the older guys were better.

Keep in mind that the players should be judged against the competition they played against.

At this point Its almost impossible for you to NOT wind-up with the best DL in this league ... you would have to go completely brain-dead when filling out the remainder

Holding out hope?

Hopefully Shane doesn't go on one of his imfamous coke and heroin binges and take James Reed and Eric Ogbogu to fill our other spots.

I think we can fill the other starting positions in adequately.

Man, some of you guys need to lay off the kool-aid.

I love how everyone thinks their player is the best ever at the respected position. Kinda funny.

Both Montana and Graham are football gods but I wouldn't take either one as my first choice.

 You may want to start changing your thought process!!!

If the last draft is any indication (you thought you has the best team) you need a new strategy!!

I wasn't unlu- err lucky enough to have the first pick in the draft but I can definetly say I would have gone with Montana. I would have liked other players better but at that position you have to go with the best, and that is Montana.

To be honest, I'd probably go with Unitas. But that's just me.

Cannot disagree ... those who saw Unitas swear he was Joe Montana before there was a Joe Montana

In fact, hell will freeze over before you can ever convince my dad a Greater QB has ever lived

Same here. Lucky for me, I got the sixth pick and that was good enough.
