Wrong....as usual.

When GWB took office in 1/2001 there were 143,787,000 employed Americans (ages 16 and over).

As of today there are 147,279,000 people working>

Will try again:

http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/surveymost?ln

This is the main page for data by the BLS.

As one can see both the employment level (LNS11000000) and civilian work force level (LNS12000000) is at it's highest level.

The unemployment level (LNS13000000) is also higher now not because jobs have been lost as the left wants you to believe but rather so many more people entering the work force (of age, etc)

Worst job creation record of any modern President. No President since World War II has seen job losses during his tenure. President Bush is in danger of breaking this record of job growth. More than halfway through his term, he has lost more than 75,000 jobs per month. From now on, the economy would have to create nearly 97,000 jobs per month to break even by the end of his term.

this was less than two years ago.

I don't know why I even bother with this clown, look at his statments and posts:
No President since World War II has seen job losses during his tenure
No sitting President has experienced an attack on American soil since....WWII!
From now on, the economy would have to create nearly 97,000 jobs per month to break even by the end of his term.
Well being job creation is averaging well over 100K per month the previous two quarters that should be no problem.

Then again I could see where it comes from; I watched kerri on Meet the Press about three months ago and after lambasting the President's record on the economy and job creation he made the bold statement that were he President he would create "10-million jobs! Unless there is a war or something terrible happens!"
MR. RUSSERT: Senator, again, in the interest of candor and clarity, you have promised to create 10 million jobs...

SEN. KERRY: Yep.

MR. RUSSERT: ...and cut the deficit in half in your first four years.

SEN. KERRY: Yes, sir.

MR. RUSSERT: If you don't achieve those goals, would you pledge that you would not seek re-election?

SEN. KERRY: Well, it would depend on the circumstances. If I don't because there's a war or something terrible happens, of course I'm not going to make that pledge.
