Tony Delk is one of the most slept on palyers in the league, he's heavily under-rated

Hawks have loads of cap room, so this one does not have to involve equal salaries.

Interesting, but unless the hawks send back a lot of salary, this will empty their cap room. That takes away the last big money home for Dampier. Looks like he will be traded to NY, as he will be most unhappy with the Warriors at the mid-level exception.
