Which fantasy defense would you start?

I am having a hard time deciding which one i should go with for week one, anyone have any advice?

:ph34r: Both defense have improved but I'd go with the Jets because I feel the Jets defense (even though it's young) has a little more talent than the Cheifs.

The Jets have much better personnel at this point, be better off going with them.

Chiefs brought back the same 11 that they used last year. I mean no upgrades at all. They have no middle linebacker going into the season and Cunningham is just nuts. They'll attack more but it only means they'll get the ball back faster and I don't mean by turnover.

I like our defense this year. I can't remember the last time we had linebackers who could fly. We do now. Even when the team was good, we never had a defense that just shut teams down, period. This defense has a chance to do that. At the very least, they'll be twice as good as KC.
Damn I'm rambling, I'll wrap it up.

Take the Jets.

Are special teams a factor? If so, I'd start KC.

I'd start the Jets week one against the rookie. You have to give them the nod based on the sack and turnover totals in the preseason. Also, it gives you double rooting interest in the game.
