With the House and the Senate firmly in Republican control, and with Bush no longer having to concern himself with re-election, I can see why Democrats and liberals need to be talked down from the ledge this morning. Bush unfettered for the next four years must be a tough pill to swallow.

What must really hurt is realizing that if the Democrats had put up any kind of palatable candidate, Bush would have made his concession speech before midnight last night. John Effin Kerry? GOOD RIDDANCE, TRAITOR.

In light of the large discrepancy between the exit polls and W's margins of victory, it's clear that people voted for Kerry...before they voted against him.

(Thank you, thank you...I'll be here all week!)

don't know why there is any belief in exit polls....shoot I worked on campaigns in the past (local and Pres) and it was said then that they are not reliable-- some people do lie during exit polls
