He's too busy to get put away. He's having beers with OJ tonight at 6 to discuss tomorrow's fishing plans.

I voted not guilty because that's the way I think the decision will go, but in my opinion, I think he did it. (Though I must fully admit that I haven't followed this case closely at all and so, really, my opinion isn't really valid)

I love how the guilty vote came in AFTER the verdict was read. LOL

It should have been a slam-dunk guilty verdict--apparently it was 11-1 or 10-2 from the get go but the two new jurors went with the majority and sealed it.

Why this trial should take 5 months is beyond me. Sure it was a circumstantial case, but what overrides CE? A good alibi. But SP's alibi put him on the very waters the bodies wash up from. Plus he buys the boat a few weeks b/4. According to reports, if you stand at the places where each body was found, you can easily see the island SP said he was fishing by.

Since no weapon was found or evidence of struggle, I wonder if he didn't drug her and that she was unconscious but alive when he dumped her overboard? If that could be proven, I say do the same to him only don't drug him.
