Anyone who signs this thread is a moron.

This was a preseason game folks.....it means nothing.

Just go back and review the long pass Chad thre in his 1st week back. That puppy sailed 75 yards in the air and should ahve been a TD.

I think the smart posters (lime me) indicated that Chad will be a two steps forward, one step bacj type deal. he probably won't hit stride until week 3 or so.

I think its a good thread. We'll see where Chad is in midseason, and we'll see who's right or wrong.

CHAD ISN'T THE ONE! Are you happy, Syracuse. If the Jets go anywhere it won't be BECAUSE of him, it'll be IN SPITE of him. He just isn't consistent with the downfield passing. That in my opinion is the true worth of a QB. Any NFL QB can dump off to a TE or RB, but if you can't convert on 3rd and 12 on a regular basis then you're just an average NFL QB in my book.

Before you start touting Chad's arm strength, try to think of the number of COMPLETIONS Chad has thrown in his CAREER where the ball traveled at least 40 yards IN THE AIR. I'm guessing it's less than 10.
