Thread: Vilma Traded

  1. #21
It should be dumped because of the misleading title mostly.. but also because of the mostly idiotic content of the post..

Cut Vinny? the guy is signed week to week. Cut Fiedler?? The guy makes less money then the janitor at Giants stadium?? Cut Coles??? The best part of the trade for coles is that he is locked up at a below market salary. What would be the point of cutting those players. The whole idea of this thread is garbage and it should be dumped

    BB left

Because loser/cheapskate/misguided Woody was buying the team and wouldn't relent personnel control to Belichick.

Stick to the Dolphins, my geographically incorrect friend.

YOU WOULD REALLY TRADE VIMLA WHAT KIND OF NEW CRACK ARE YOU SMOKING...

C'mon, you guys are all dumb

Vinny's not winning you anything, he's colorblind and older than dirt.

Coles is trash, save some face

Jolley's garbage too, forgot to mention that, what a waste of a draft pick.

The offense sucks, lose it all.

I said right in the post

That if Vilma was traded I wouldn't watch them anymore. The whole idea of my post was that why would you even mention your best player's name in a trade? Much less for a QB who can't beat out Drew Brees to start (he's still garbage, Nagle would be successful with Tomlinson behind him)

    Right

Thanks guys!! I was down in the dumps but after seeing everyone destroy this poor guy for merely posting a bad thread has made my day Don't worry dude, you can't please everyone.

That being said, you are somewhat of a moron as I almost choked on my Poland Spring when I say your title..

1)Rumors are abound that Jonathon Vilma is trade bait right now for Philip Rivers, Patrick Ramsey, and Billy Volek. If he goes, so do I and we all should. He's one of the top 5 linebackers in the NFL IN HIS SECOND YEAR!!!

2)Lose the loyalty--As should have been done last year (prior to losing LaMont Jordan) Martin should've been traded or cut and LaMont should've been starting. Now we need a RB too. Pennington should never have started. He doesn't have the necessary arm strength even when healthy. Now we have another Ken O'Brien, alternating efficient brilliance and awful underthrows. Cap space should've been cleared to re-sign McKenzie and Thomas. Mawae, Fabini, Kendall, Moore, and Jones aren't an effective combination of an offensive line. Now our QBs dead....

3)Lose out the year, resign Abraham and keep the defense together. Gut the offense (cut Chad, Fiedler, Vinny, and Coles) and spend a draft pick on one of 3 QBs coming out next year (Young, Leinart, or later, Shockley from Georgia who has enough) or trade for McMahon from the Eagles, Volek, McCown, Ramsey, or Shaub. Enough West-Coast Rag-arm. Or get Reggie Bush or another RB via free-agency and get everything back in order. Time to gut it all and start anew. I've had it with the loyalty to these guys, they're all getting paid, there's nothing to feel bad about. Herm can win, he's a good coach and needs to have at least 2 game breakers on offense with that defense (see Ravens 2000, Pats 2 of the last 3 years) and stop wasting draft picks on Robertson's and Thomas'.
Bradway should be fired, but, instead, make him dig himself out of the mire that he's created.

This old team needs to start over.
