Yeah, 14th inning. Crazy. Battle of the bullpens.

It's the only damn reason I'm still up.

Very true. The strikezone has been large tonight, but not always. Damn inconsistent ump.

Onto the bottom of the 14th...

They have to play an afternoon game tomorrow...

They might as well just stay on the field

    Actually they play at night.

That ending could be seen from miles away.

Oops...forgot today was Friday night, not Saturday night. Although it's now Sat. morning.

Mets lose Can't believe I watched the whole game to have it end this way. Good night all.

Hope we have better luck tomorrow (I mean later today).

ya that was the worst time spent watching a game ever. there wasnt even like good defense it was just quick and boring. willie having heillman pitch only one inning was a huge mistake. hes the only guy with an arm strong enough to pitch 2+ innings

I recall Sanchez and Wagner pitching 2 tonight.

Anyway Bannister's craptacular control put us behind the 8 ball tonight, you need more than 5 out of your starter.

Anyone see what Ty Wigginton is doing over in Tampa?? The guy is on fire!

7 Homers and 17 RBI's to start the season..And he wasnt an opening day starter.

There ought to be a cutoff of a thread after it is too large or gets off the original topic like invasion by Met haters. Then sex, international intrique etc become the main theme. They HiJack the thread exactly.
