Giants winning in first game 5 - 4. El Duque gives up the HR to a rookie AA call up.

I'm starting to get worried about Delgado.

Pitching change after weak ground out.

Don't be. He was due for a slump after his amazing start. He'll be great.

    1) His start wasn't all that Amazin'.
    2) His at bats look horrible. It's not like he's scalding the ball but right at people. The shift has hurt him, but he's not attacking the ball. He looks almost lackadaisical(sp?) about it.

me too, he's in a funk right now and is pushing. He was much more relaxed when he was on fire. He's just not swinging at good pitches. Someone has to pull him aside and tell him what he's doing wrong. Jumba, you're elected since you complained first.

somebody has to teach the m an to hit the ball the other way. there's really no reason why a major league ball-player can't burn the defense on a shift like that, time and time again.
