Bottom of the ninth, 2 outs at Yankee Stadium

    3-1 count to A-Rod

    and the game is delayed!!

I have never seen baseball played in rain and lightning like that before, but couldn't they wait just 2 more pitches? Now A-Rod's gotta sit in the dugout and tighten up with the game on the line.

How about Putz pitching in the rain, and now also having to wait.

That was bull... ARod despite his troubles was about to hit that 3-1 pitch outta there just like the walk off before the allstar break, you could just feel it coming. They could have waited just 1 PITCH!!!

It's funny how every thunderstorm that hits the Bronx during a Yankee game ,lightning always seems to strike the courthouse.

EXACTLY....plus how hard is it to get a hit after not being able to time any of the pitchers pitches...thats why you get 4 balls not 1
