    Update on World Cup players

who's staying and who's moving on after the relegations...

Juventus was obviously stacked with Italian WC stars, and when Juve got demoted, there was questions of who would stay and who would go.

Well, the captain of the Azzurri, Fabio Cannavarro, is going to Real Madrid. Also going with him is Brasil's Emerson:

Good news though: DelPiero, who is already committed to staying with Juve in Serie B, said Pavel Nedved is also planning on staying with him. This is huge for Juve because Nedved still has some great years left in him.

Amazing news: probably the best news of all is that Italy's star goalkeeper, Gigi Buffon, who also has had a great career with Juve, is going to stay with his team in Serie B. Even with the point deductions, Juventus is going to tear it up.

I'm glad to see these guys show some loyalty to their team. It's going to take more than a year to get back up the Serie A and I'm sure they are going to lose a TON of individual endorsement money. I think this is a pretty signifigant gesture, indeed.

I thought Buff was gone for sure. But that's great that he's staying. I would have hated to see Juve get totally annihilated.

I was just wondering when they play again so I can get an idea of when they name the new team manager.
I already have an Ireland Rugby Jersey, Celtic FC Jersey and of course a Jets Jersey (Martin) and I happen not to like potatoes boiled, how about a pink of Guinness or a Bottle of Jameson instead, you orange prick.

Gross. How can you drink that Irish filth. Nothing compares to the complexity and all-around deliciousness of a fine single-malt Scotch...

How can you insult the finest beer and whiskey in the world? You poor orange bastard, your taste buds are as bad as your choice in FCs.

Guinness is crap. For all the drinking they do, the Irish never managed to sober up long enough to make any alcohol with flavor. Sad.
