Left calf tear. This is major. We need stick together and let our offense win for us.

This can't be a shock to anyone, he hasn't looked like an effective pitcher in months

Well, the mets have been winning without Pedro since May. So let's hope that the offense kicks in and Trachs + Maine have stellar postseasons. With the mets bullpen, if the starters give you 5 or 6 quality innings, the mets can be ok.

it is more of a psychological blow at this point, as he really hasn't been involved for a while.

LOL we haven't had "Pedro" since May.

I can't wait until the Skank fans say the season is over.

Im not giving upyet. Not now we have come this far to guve up. We won without Pedro.

    Heres the NLDS rotation.

    El Duque Game1
    Tom Glavine Game 2
    Maybe John Maine or Trax.

just heard it on espn radio too.
Sucks, but Mets were 11-12 in games Pedro started this year. They dominated without him, they can still get it done.

For a month, he hasn't pitched well at all since MAy.

As a matter of fact, the Mets have a higher WP in non-Pedro starts than they do in games taht Pedro started since 2005.
