I thought you were talking about Juan Uribe of the White Sox.

And the correct title would be "FORMER Giants SS...."

Either way that is a terrible thing to see.

    Yeah, you're right.

Are you kidding me? This guys death is COMPLETEY irrelevant to me.

If I felt bad everytime I read about a person dying, I would go insane.

I watched alot of SF Giants games when Uribe was there(Will Clark was my boyhood hero) and this dude was amazing. He was a tick below Ozzie as the best defensive SS in the game. The problem was that he couldn't hit a lick. The Giants had Rick Reushel at the time and I remember him pinch hitting for Uribe. BTW if you remember Rick Reushel, you're older than you think.

so when you die and no-one shows up to your funeral because you were totaly irrelevant to them, I hope you still RIP

you don't have to feel bad, just a little understanding

Uh, Im sure the guys family and friends feel bad. Perhaps the Giants fans aswell.

I could not care less if random strangers show up to my funeral as long as the people I loved were there...

Perhaps, but going out of your way to express a lack of sympathy doesn't speak that well for you.

That is a total shame and R.I.P. Jose.

Didn't he also lose a sister and I think his wife too in the matter of months while he was playing for the Giants?

Why bother posting. It's fine not to feel sympathy, but I just don't understand the reason behind flaunting it.
