Far from it, Benedawgg.

Flipping burgers for the people who do the heavy lifting

Anti-war vets who posit themselves as patriotic
do have a moral equivalence though-Benedict Arnold.
The war is wrong. The American people have stated so in the latest election. Those still holding on like you are in the minority.

Wise up. I just was ahead in my thinking. I served my country. did you?

Yup. I paid your salary and benefits-still do.

Proof positive you can hate your country and still get something
out of it.

If I'm in the "minority", can I demand benefits/reparations too?

it was reported back in 1998 flushingtard.

As far as being a "dumba$$," you're the one who has pathetically moronic arguments that hold no water and end up resorting to bigotry and insulting everyone else when they, as usual, make you look like a complete fool.

Hence why, the nickname "flushingtard" was created as a dig at your own childish namecalling.

Sorry 69er.
You're the biggest fool around here.
Come up with the link and prove how smart you are.
Till then STFU, go away and stay away.

How you feel has nothing to do with truth or facts-
something thats in very short supply in your commune.

HAHAHAHHAHAHHAA you're such a moron it's insane.

Again and again with the childish name-calling.

Aw, cry a little more, flushingtard. Being that you're the biggest fool I've ever come across, you DEFINATELY should listen to your own words. You can spew all the garbage you want out of your mouth but in the end no matter how stupid I come across, you'll still look even worse. When I came to this board and read around all the varied topics, you were the first person that I saw and thought, "now he's an idiot." And as usual, you're keeping it up. Give yourself a round of applause, because you definately deserve it, flushingtard.

Heck why not, here's one from me. Congratulations, you're the biggest fool on the net! :applause:

I kept the country safe for cowardly folks like you who have no brains and no tact. The pay in the military was very low when I was in. Reagan raised it in 1982.

How do you know I hate my country? When/where did I ever state that?

Were your descendants part of the brutal, USA gov't sponsored slave trade?
If not you get no reparations. Reparations are not hand outs. Hand outs is what the USA gov't and businesses got from my ancestors.

Ok, hold on there, pardner.

You cant wear your few years in the service like a shiny combat medal
if you undermine it 24x7 today.

Tell us again, why did you join, what years you were in, what did you do, what was your job (the job code(s)), who you voted for in each election
from 1980 to now, what your business is now.

If you sat in a boat offshore from actual combat as a food
supply specialist, I guess you did keep the country safe
in an indirect sort of way.

We know you hate your country from the idiotic USA-hating
links and ideas you provide, Sherlock. Your man-love
for Murtha one case in point.

My forebears were not part of the brutal, USA gov't sponsored
slave trade.

So explain to me why I should pay a red, black or yellow cent extra
for any future, extra repayment over & above the repayments you,
although unentitled to, are getting today.

A short tour in the military flipping burgers getting a GED & not seeing any combat on my dime,

doesnt quite overcome years of subsequent anti-Americanism
while also getting goverment benefits on my dime.

The only "burgers" I flipped were folks like you. I doubt if you could have made it to the chow hall

Any tour in the Marines is not "short". I finished HS before I went to the Marines.

I did not pick and choose whether I "see" combat or not. I joined and was willing to fight and die for my country. Again, what branch of service were you in?

The is no drop of Anti-Americanism in me. There is only Patriotism and courage. I spoke out against the wrongful pursuit of this war when it began.

Anytime I think that my country is not doing right, I will speak out and ensure that change comes thru. That is the American spirit.

Only in a dictatorship does everyone have to toe the company k=line. Bush may want that to happen but it won't. This is America and in the last election he and the republican party was reminded of that.

I am seriously concerned about this democracy when honest, hard working citizens like myself get coined bad names when they speak out aginst the lies of the gov't.

Anti-American traitors who are for reparations are not "the American spirit". Far from it.

You are nothing more than a latter-day Benedict Arnold whose past service
however noble, or not, is tattered and soiled by your posts much like a terrorist's dirty nightshirt.

Being at the WTC on 9-11 gives me more combat action than you, Benedawgg.
Too bad I left my guns at home that day, I was only going to my
freakin' non-Affirmative Action obtained job.

And you work hard at what exactly besides annoying us all?

I am not Anti-American. I am anti wrong. And it appears the majority of the electorate (35-0) is with me.

You have no combat experience. You are a civilian. You experienced violence.
When the Cubans fired that missile at the Marine Barracks, we could not run away from what came up next....

When I served the USA, I was willing to give my life when called upon. It was not me who set policy. I delivered what was asked of me.

As a Marine, I delivered. Alway first class, three time rifle expert (220+ from 200, 300 and 500 yards out form the target). Tough, intelligent, carried out all of my responsibilities. Promoted 4 times in four years.

I still carry a lot of the same attributes that I did as a Marine.

John Murtha spoke out. Is he a traitor? No. He is a Marine. Jim Webb spoke out. Is hea traitior? No he is a Marine.

There is a saying "want to know the truth, Ask a Marine"

Wow, a servicemen can shoot a rifle, what a surprise.

35-0. Wow. Thats sort of like a football score.

Are all of the 35 liberal kooks like you?-heck no-
just look how John-Unindicted-Abscam-Conspirator-They-Murdered-In-Cold-Blood-I've Got The Votes-Murtha rode that progressive wave to power!

Joe Lieberman lost! No, wait..........

When the new Congress rushes to pass important legislation filled
with the American spirit let us know.

You know, like the kinds that protect terrorists, illegals and promote
sociopathic dysfunction in general.

Thats what "real" Marines like Webb and Murtha do, sa-lute!

You still havent told us your "profession".

Wonder if involves rounding up unskilled, unqualified people, driving them to construction sites and trying to shake contractors down.

35-0 is the "rout" of the republicans by the democrats in congress last year.

I am no "liberal-kook". I am a progressive thinker and implementer of those thoughts.

I am an engineer by profession. I have stated that before. I have an engineering and technology firm.

The new congress wants to raise the minimum wage in the USA. That is definetly a step in the right direction after nearly 10 years of doing nothing

Webb and Murtha like myself are real Marines and real Americans.

As far as my shooting skills, damn right, I still can shoot excellently. I was trained to be killer and I learned my craft well.

Engineering and technology, hmm, of what,
I know the wage rules, just dont see where the The Federal Minimum Wage means anything in this thread, usually it has no meaning at an engineering and technology firm unless
by some accident you have basic, repetitive job tasks involved with the
sale and production of commercial goods

f your State/citys Minimum wage is higher than the federal Minimum wage
thats the minimum wage the employee receives.

minimum wage increases are not effective means to reduce poverty anyway,
as fewer unskilled workers get hired,
training expenditures are cut,
the margins of low cost items poorer people buy decrease when
wages increase, so prices are increased in turn.

unions love higher minimum wages as it decreases competition from
lower paid non union workers

Q: If Murtha is a patriot, why did he vote against extending the Patriot Act in 2005? Yeah, we know, he voted for The Patriot Act before he voted against it

this is what hes for, anyway: http://www.ontheissues.org/PA/John_Murtha.htm
