    Need a book recomendation

I'm looking for a good book on Reagan. Can anyone throw one out there for me?

I'm looking for something that's not so much as a tribute as it is biographical (and explanatory towards his policies). I'm familiar with his presidency but I'm looking for something dense in regards to his policies and ideals.

(By the way, after hitting the spell check for this post, I thought I'd let everyone know that the word "towards" isn't in the JI spell checker. I have no idea why I'm posting that little tidbit, but I thought it was funny).

I think the word Good and Ronald Reagan is too contradictory to be placed in the same sentence....

CBTNY in three, two, one....

Fine, I'm looking for a great book on Reagan.

Something biographical, not autobigraphical (although thank you JFT), and more towards the political side rather than his personal life.

Can someone squeeze in a good rec before the pissing match starts?

Yeah, what about his diary that was just recently published? I can't imagine you'd get a better grasp of his ideals and principles than his own words.

Ha ha ha... that reminded me of the South Park episode when one of the characters said you couldn't trust something that bleeds for three days straight and doesn't die.

Yeah, thats right CBTNY, I am one of those libtard socialists from Canada.

God, you can be a moron some times....

If you actually read some of my posts, I agree with you in many regards, but I guess that selective amnesia of yours forgets that small detail...

Maybe Bitonti can start a thread about the self-confessed Canadian libtard.

He'd be right, too, considering your take on Reagan.

Read New Amercian Militarism, not really a Reagan book at all, but a fitting book on how we got into the situation we are in now and the philosophy behind it.
