    Rockets first start 6/9

    Thoughs overall of his preformance? I thought he did pretty decent for his first game in the bigs this year.

    Very good. I think last year his 1st start back with the Astros he got rocked alittle, so 7Ks and a Quality Start is slightly better than I expected from his 1st start back with the Yankees.

    He wasn't locating his fastball consistently, which is not really a surprise. His splitter looked very good and I think he'll improve from this start.

    He went 6 inning and gave up 3 runs. A lot of people have said that this doesn't really help the Yanks because we'll still have to go to the pen for 3 innings everytime he starts. I have yet to understand this because the guy he replaced was Matt DeSalvo, who is horrible and can't make it past 3 innings... Either way, so far so good.

    BTW whats the word on Philip Hughes so far, hes was pitching pretty darn well before the hamstring injury, no hitter and all
