MADRID, Spain (Reuters) -- Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o will be out of action for at least two months after suffering a partial tear of a tendon in his right thigh, the Primera Liga side said on Thursday.

The 26-year-old suffered the injury just two minutes after coming on as a substitute in Wednesday's 5-0 victory over Italian champion Inter Milan in the Gamper Trophy at the Nou Camp.

At least the debate as to who will play forward is delayed for 2 months. They have so many offensive weapons I don't think it will hurt them that much. They have a new 17 year old who plays as fast and well as Messi.

If he's the kid I saw run circles around Inter Milan in the 5-0 win, forget Henry and Eto'o, just put this kid in!

    Yes.
The offensive talent on this team is crazy.
I'm afraid they'll implode this year à la Galacticos. Too much talent, too many egos, not enough playing time to go around..
