just because you yell doesn't make your posts any less ignorant......

if I go into town here, (liberalville) and ask 50-people "should George Bush be impreached" and they all say "yes" does this make it valid even without qualifying political party, etc??? don't answer- a semblance of intelligent response is never expected from you....
IT IS A OPINION POLL BASED ON ATTORNEYS' OPINIONS WHO HAVE WORKED ON TERRORISM CASES. WHAT QUALIFIER DO YOU WANT FOR AN OPINION POLL? IT IS THEIR OPINION.

Wasn't the question.
What is your question? Do any of my colleagues need a defense attorney to defend them against charges of terrorism? I said the answer is no.
If you can't see the difference between a medical malpractice defense attorney and a Lynne Stewart type defending the blind sheik, you are beyond help.
don't need "talking points" when you've got the negative reaction and the pu$$y pandering straight from the source as I've just shown...
Shown what?

Do you think it's wrong to react negatively toward Pakistan when there is yet another example of international terrorists being based and trained there?
I know you are on the record of us needing permission to take those camps out, but still...

If you look at the site there are other graphics. They clearly show that the WOT is not being fought in a manner that the USA should win. Lawyers are generally considered 'smart people' (no matter what you think of them personally).

Right now the WOT is being waged in Iraq. Since this is a football site, lets use a football analogy.

Using the military only, like we are now in Iraq, is like using the ground game. We are making incremental gains there and then punting on 4th down. The simplistic delivery of the Bush admin is just not working. Since we are only using the ground game the enemy has put 8 men in the box to stop the run.

We have to use other parts of our offense to win.

Screen plays, DOJ. End arounds, Allies. Deep Throws, Our own diplomatic efforts will allow us to win. The one dimensional approach does not work in the NFL and it is not working in the WOT.

The USA has a deeper playbook than we have shown. After 5+ years it is time to break it out. If the Jets had a coach that kept the same game plan for 5 years, the site would crash from the overload of people wanting him out.

The same has happened to Bush and his admin. All sectors of the nation are calling his admin (republicans) a failure. The people have lost faith in him and he can't regain it at this point.

Lynne Stewart is the typical defense attorney here? I guess I should assume you are the typical Dr. who prescribes medication without ever seeing a patient?

You are assuming that all the defense attorneys polled let their personal opinion obscure their professional opinion or vice versa. What do they gain by lying or BS a ABA opinion poll?

I don't do that, but maybe Kenny or Neil Diamond would be happy to prescribe Viagra over the internet for you.

You are assuming this is a scientific poll and that it proves
Dawgg's assertion that "Anti-terrorism efforts are a total failure". You may be rooting for this conclusion, but you can't get there from the info that is provided.

You say you don't, but there a lot of Doctors out there who do. Therefore, I should lump you in with them, right? That is what you are doing.

Where have I ever written I think this is a scientific poll? I am not rooting for this conclusion, but sadly if cases are mainly being prosecuted to appease you and your rightwing jerkoffs, this is what happens. Nothing.............

all the while the blame-America crowd led by dumbdawg and the defeatocrats he genuflects to like dick turbin and john murtha make sure they go out of their way to deomonize the military....

meanwhile terrorists attacks against America or American interests have been nil and all sectors of the country realize this; the rats are weak and a detriment to national security...the only failure are the incompetent ways of the progressives and leftists as shown by the clintonistas and the peanut farmers...

I have consistently stated the same thing. You have taken this conversation all over the place.
